Refunds and Returns

Refunds:
Please note, all sales are Final!

We will only replace orders that are inaccurate or defective.

 

**If you enter the wrong address when placing your order, please contact us immediately to update!

Any orders returned due to customer error will be charged an additional shipping fee to resend order to the correct address. Please double check your shipping address; i.e.; house number,

apartment, suite, floor or unit numbers if applicable.**

If your order arrives damaged, defective or inaccurate, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email at ShopMichiMadeIt@gmail.com


Damaged Products:
If your item arrives damaged, please send an email to ShopMichiMadeIt@gmail.com
Please be sure to include your full name, order/invoice number, and images of the damages.

Lost/Stolen Package:
If you have not received your packaged or it is stolen, please contact USPS/UPS (carrier will be listed with tracking number) to file a lost/stolen package claim. Once you have filed your claim, please update us with claim number and we will send out a replacement or issue a refund immediately.

Adverse Reactions:
If a reaction occurs, please contact your physician immediately. Once you have consulted a physician please contact us with your before and after picture at ShopMichiMadeIt@gmail.com

Limitation of Liability:
Michi Made It shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, interpretation or misinterpretation of product benefits or the performance of the products, even if Michi Made It has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
